WERKPLAATSESSIES is a multidisciplinary collective of designers and makers. We design and make handmade bespoke furniture and objects, drawing inspiration from materials, old tools and crafts.


The workshop is where the magic happens: all kinds of materials and parts, a wide range of machines, tools and a mind full of ideas. 
We love to build. From the very first idea to a finished product, we try to conquer new grounds through each and every process. Making products that have to prove itself in reality and intervene in the realm of traditional and historic environments.  

We use vintage tools and salvaged materials to deepen a sense of time and transcend the life of a singular use.
